This is the unofficial registration form for FDTC 2024 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada on September 4, 2024.

Unlike in previous years, FDTC 2024 is affiliated with CHES 2024, which handles the official registration and payment. This form exists only so the organizers of FDTC can send you last-minute updates and pointers to slides (and possibly videos) once they become available.
