This is the unofficial registration form for FDTC 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on September 14, 2025.

Similarly to last year, FDTC 2025 is affiliated with CHES 2025, which is handling the official registration and payment. This form exists only so the organizers of FDTC can send you last-minute updates and pointers to slides (and possibly videos) once they become available.
